  • Is this right for me?

    If you’re a woman in your 40s–60s experiencing hormonal changes, digestive issues, fatigue, or just feeling “off” with no real answers, yes, this is for you.

  • Private health rebates?

    Yes, I am registered with a number of private health funds. If you're eligible for rebates, you’ll receive an itemised receipt with the relevant provider number for your fund. Please check with your insurer directly to confirm coverage.

  • How long will this take?

    There's no one-size-fits-all playbook unfortunately. It depends on your body and your goals. Most clients begin feeling real shifts within 4–8 weeks of starting their plan.

  • Do I have to do all the tests?

    Nope! We’ll only recommend what’s relevant and helpful for you. No unnecessary testing or spending.

  • Do you work with clients online?

    Yes! All consultations can be done via Google Meet, and testing kits can be posted Australia wide.

  • What am I to expect?

    You’ll receive a confirmation, an intake form, and a link for your session. We’ll get started with a clear, calm approach.
