PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING

By booking, you are agreeing to the terms written below.

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • At least 48 HOURS is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment to avoid a 50% Fee of booked Appointment, and Deposit lost.

  • No Shows & Late Cancellations Rescheduling within 24hrs will incur a 100% Fee of Booked Service and Deposit lost.

  • I agree that by reading and ticking the consent form, I release Gina King from any claims or damages of any nature. I agree that I have read and fully understand this entire consent form. 

  • I agree to follow my naturopathic/ nutritional instructions which can be found in the follow up email or handout notes.
